Coping with the new order in place
The second stage of every crysis is coping with the new order in place!
You might wonder what does that even mean?

Where do I start?
Well, we have to have a clear mind, to be able to even realise that’s the stage we are in at the moment.
So, that’s where I feel the need to intervene and to try and help you with organising your thoughts and getting to some conclusions that I think and hope they will be of help.
1. Where do we start?
We start by observing our current state of mind.
What are our main thoughts? Are they positive, are they negative?
Do we feel defeated? Do we feel lost, like we don’t know what the next steps will look like?
What is it that scares us the most?
- 1. Not being able to provide for our children and/or our loved ones?
- 2. Not having a place to stay or not having enough financial means to raise our children the way we were used to do it?
- 3.Not having trust in ourselves for being able to do it on our own?
- 4. Were we too used to getting help from our partner that, the fact that we’re supposed to do it all by ourselves, scares us like crazy?
I’ve created a cheatsheet for you to have some place to start with, when getting an idea, a picture for where you are, and be able to have more clarity. And I think it will be of great help, as, if I look back to those times, I would have really loved to have a starting point in getting some clarity with more ease!
I’ve also added some surprise, for you to get used to a minset that will help, tremendously! Trust me!
I truly believe in writing our thoughts on paper, as a way to get more clarity and get the courage to surpass trough times, as it helps our brain to make the connections between left emisphere and the right one, and transforming emotions in solutions.

People think they need perfect conditions to start, when, in reality, starting is the perfect condition!
2. Now, that we’re able to see where we are in this journey we have a starting point in thinking and finding the solutions we need.
If you complete your tasks in the cheatsheet I’ve attached here, you’ll get some suggestions on how and what can be done.
3. Practice! There isn’t any better way for reaching a satisfying balanced state then by practicing every day what you’ve observed and noted as beneficial solutions for you your Kids and everyone else involved.
Love U!
