Stop blaming…

We sometimes tend to blame everyone else for our life, for our day to day experiences, for feeling one way or the other.

Why do you think this happens?

It’s really easy to look for the mistakes in other’s behaviour, and convince ourselves that they are the only ones responsible for our sadness or other not pleasant feelings, but is this the right way to go about it?

Have you noticed how, when you’re feeling good and everything around you seems as great as you feel, then you’re convinced it’s all because of you?πŸ™ˆπŸ˜

Soo…why shouldn’t be the same when you’re feeling low? Why is there anyone else to blame for the “bad part”?!

I admit, there are times when you cannot “escape” the “general bad mood” that seems to be surrounding you, but, how about changing oneself’s habbit of looking at all these experiences and, instead of letting it get to you, to just continue believing that, the good feeling you had before “meeting the general bad mood”, could be something you insist on feeling?!

More clear, if there is something that comes to our awareness and it’s not a pleasant thing, why shouldn’t we just see the lesson behind the experience and trust that we’ll not repeat such mistake again?!πŸ€—

And, this way, keeping our positive state of mind…

We’re so used to feeling bad, that feel8ng good is very hard to learn. And, on the top of that, it seems that the majority of people expects you to feel bad or unsatisfied in some kind of way.

Sometimes, I feel that, being just happy, makes people to unconsciously want to make you feel at least a little bit bad, in order for you to fit with the rest…

I’m so hoping to be wrong about that!!!

Till next time, give you the permision to feel good, regardless other’s experiences and I believe you’ll attract only situations that won’t “tempt you” to blame anyone else again!πŸ˜‰πŸ€—

LOVE U!

Well said, there are indeed moments when “everyone around us is to blame but us”…harder with that part…”let’s see the lesson behind the experience and trust that we won’t repeat it again such a mistake”… each of us needs a degree of knowledge and appreciation of the things we do so that we know how to handle each situation that arises in the most elegant way possible
