I was going to work this morning, and I came upon this beautiful drawing on the concrete and a thought hit me that second!
How much joy must have been feeling that child when drawing this! It was like all that joy was transmitted instantly to me. I felt so childish, so carefree, soo happy.
My whole being was flodded with joy and innocence.
If I would have found a piece of chalk, I would probably started drawing something myself that very moment.
Then another thought hit me!
We come to this world with so much belief in us, in the ones we are taken cared for; with only love and joy.
A ray of light, we might say!
Then, as we grow, we start getting lessons of not knowing …, of how we should talk, walk, breath…and we start loosing that childish way of looking at things and incorporating some beliefs that doesn’t serve us on the long run.
We, as adults, try our best to teach our Kids all that we think could help them.
What if we ask our children to teach us how to see the world their way?!
I ‘m not talking about going back and doing mistakes or hurting people and justifying it by saying I feel childish!
I’m talking about that feeling of being enough, being loved, being accepted that they still have!
Let’s draw a rainbow in our lives, learning from our children how to do it! .
