Still, you’re getting all of their love, through their behavior, their eyes, their demeanor. It’s like they’re observing your frustration and offering you that unconditional understanding, that “white pass” for your behavior… I learn every day from my children, but the sweetest…

  • Do you know yourself?

When you know yourself, you feel empowered, you can love with meaning and without any fear, and you can bring joy to the ones around you just because you’re feeling good about yourself and that is something everyone around us feels at a deeper level.

  • Learn from your children how to LOVE again!

Ps: tired of the term unconditionally, but totally agree with the meaning! 🤦‍♀️🤷‍♀️😁 Look at them and see how they put love into everything they do! You can even see it with your eyes, not only feeling it. Have you noticed how they look at you and pay attention to you, even when you’re not so – let’s say cooperative? Have you had one of those days when you get home from work and you feel a bit ashamed of how you’ve reacted to something one of your colleagues said or did? You feel like a bad person for putting…

  • Being a single Mom of two

Almost four years ago I took the decision of separating from a life that didn’t felt right anymore. I took the risk of following my intuition, without fear, without anger, just inderstanding that I have to do everything in a way that my kids and I to find emotional stability, without loosing trust in their parents to be there for them always. Now we’re here, we are living a beautiful and meaningful life, so I think taking that “risk” was the right decision to make.

  • Give yourself the gift of forgiving…

I know that the feeling you’re in is that of a person who was betrayed, lied to, angry about the other one’s actions or words, or a mix of all of these feelings. I know because I’ve experienced them all at once or once at a time for a long period. If I were to look back closely, I can truly say that I started having these feelings long before the separation occurred. I notice such feelings also for other people from my inner circle to whom I’ve attached negative feelings linked to some negative memories that I have about…

  • Building more TRUST

“Anger is an acid that can do more harm to the vessel in which it is stored, than to anything on which it is poured” – Mark Twain That’s why I believe it is so important not to let it in! It can eat you from the inside out. That’s why I want to pour love and happiness into your thoughts, it’s the only way for you to heal, to reach a state of being that will help you to get the things you want out of your life, to meet like-minded people or to help them be more aware…

  • Let’s get to work on…

Building your TRUST I am at a point in my life where I’ve gathered so much knowledge through my own experiences, and I’ve got so great results that makes me trust in my ability to help others that are going through the same kind of things that I’ve gone through. I’m not a licensed teacher, but I did read tons of books and watched hundreds of videos on self-trust, self-discovery, parenting and personal development, and, being where I am now (independent, single mom of two beautiful and emotionally balanced Kids, having the ways and the necessary state of mind for…
